Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 international shipments may take longer than usual. In some cases, when shipping internationally, it can take up to 5 weeks to arrive at the destination country. This is due to the scarcity of flights and is regrettably out of our control. If you are ordering products as a gift, we recommend doing so far in advance to ensure it arrives in a timely manner— we do apologise for the inconvenience.

Domestic - Hong Kong

Once your order is placed, we dispatch within 3 working days. A tracking number will be shared with you so you can watch your goodies make its way over! Please note that a signature may be required for delivery. Please make sure the recipient is available to sign for the parcel. We require a mobile phone or daytime contact number so that couriers can reconfirm with recipients prior to delivery.

International

Once your order is placed, we dispatch within 5 working days. Please note due to some countries customs laws you may be required to pay a customs fee before receiving your order. A tracking number will be shared with you so you can watch your goodies make its way over!
